This is the sixteenth chapter of the Fire Emblem: Fuuin no Tsurugi draft playthrough, completed in 10 turns (115 total). We've reached the infamous desert chapter, and as such there's a lot to do, so I end up splitting my units to achieve collecting most of the items. Oujay is able to promote, so he does so right away (after taking the Wyrmslayer). Alan and Roy finally support. In ths map, I take advantage of an exploit that was recently confirmed. If you soft reset, then view a unit's stats with the R button, and then immediately end turn in an area where an item is, it is guaranteed to be collected. You'll see me reset several times, in order to get all the items I want. Sophia comes along as a new recruit for this draft. In order to leverage her some exp though, I have to work around her terrible accuracy with Dark tomes. I even engineer deliberate misses so that Sophia can finish off enemies. She's coming along to the throne area to collect the Guiding Ring that only she! can pick up. Usefully, she has enough Res to make the Sleep staff bishop miss, but is low level enough that she takes priority over my more susceptible units. Noah has been heading slowly south west, in order to aid the other units in beating the warrior duo and their lackeys, clearing a path to the Speedwing. Echidna really is just self-gratifying in the south east, taking the Body Ring on turn 1, picking up the Silence Staff, then nabbing a bunch of kills. Dorothy, Oujay, Zealot and Ellen go to the ...
